Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) partakes in the NAJAH Abu Dhabi exhibition, a Higher Education event which is now in its 11th year, for the 2nd time. NAJAH officially opened today at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of State for Tolerance and UAE Cabinet Member. The 3-day event will run from Wednesday, October 25th, to Friday October 27th. The exhibition is supported by the Abu Dhabi Education Council, and supported by the UAE Ministry of Education
MBRU will be hosting a number of interactive activities on the stand, including an escape hunt game, part of the organizers planned activities, were visitors will be given a mystery to solve. Collectively they will be handed some clues, in which they must interact with one another and walk around the exhibition’s halls to solve the mystery.
Ahmed Al Awadhi, director of student services and registration, said: “This is MBRU’s 2nd time at NAJAH, and we’re very excited to be here. The event provides the perfect platform for both students, and universities, to meet and discuss future plans and showcase their programs. We’re proud to be amongst a number of prestigious local and international colleges and universities who are present. Last year our participation was a success, we were able to meet a large number of students who were interested in our Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program, namely due to our home-grown innovative curriculum, diverse faculty body, and internationally recognized degree. We had a great turn out, and we look forward to meeting more perspective students this year too.”
“We are happy to be at NAJAH for the 2nd year now. Last year was a success, we had a great number of visitors to our stand who were very keen to learn about our programs. It’s exciting to meet students, parents, and other educational institutes who are all here from different parts of the world. NAJAH is a good platform to reach out to the right crowd of students. It’s always pleasant to see the growing number of interested candidates in our university. Our presence here today is part of our mission to advance health in the UAE, and the region by providing students with excellent educational opportunities.” Nujood Al Khloofi, communications and external relations director.
