About the Program
The Vascular Neurology (Stroke) Fellowship Program is a specialized 2-year training program established in 2024. Designed to cultivate expertise in the diagnosis and management of cerebrovascular disorders, the program provides comprehensive exposure to the full continuum of stroke care. Fellows undergo rotations in Stroke Management, Neurorehabilitation, and Neuroradiology. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based approaches, multidisciplinary collaboration, and participation in stroke research initiatives. Graduates are equipped with the advanced clinical and academic competencies required to lead in the evolving field of vascular neurology and deliver high-quality, specialized care to patients with complex neurovascular conditions.

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Vascular Neurology (Stroke) Fellowship Program at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU). This fellowship offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your expertise in the dynamic and evolving field of stroke medicine.
Our program was established with a clear vision to develop highly skilled vascular neurologists who can lead innovations in clinical care, research, and systems-based stroke management. Through a structured and immersive two-year training model, fellows gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of cerebrovascular disease, including stroke management, rehabilitation, and advanced imaging techniques.
