Overview:
COVID19 has disrupted the economy and the health sector. From one day to the next, non-emergency clinic and hospital visits were not possible. Telemedicine has quickly been implemented in some cases, with little time to analyze the business impacts. For other health services such as physiotherapy for instance, it has been more complicated. In this lecture we introduce two tools that aim at supporting health actors in redefining their business model and value proposition. We demonstrate the ability of these tool by taking the example of a clinic that switches from physical to online consultation. We explain the links between the different elements of a business model and the impacts of such decision.
