
Sabarinath Prasad is currently Assistant Professor and Specialist in Orthodontics at Hamdan Bin Mohammed College of Dental Medicine, MBRU. He obtained his PhD degree from University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. Dr. Sabarinath’s PhD research successfully validated a smartphone assisted wearable electromyography (EMG) device that is presently being commercialized. He has been in the academia and research since he obtained his master’s degree in orthodontics and has published several articles in scientific journals of international repute. He also serves as peer reviewer for journals including The Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal and Journal of Oral Rehabilitation.
